Chateau L'Etat Pur, Bordeaux Rouge (Natural Wine)

L'état pur which means "In its pure state" is made by the Vignerons de Puisseguin who produce the most natural wines possible without the addition of sulphites. This wine is the fruit of a rigorous selection of grapes from the best plots of the winemakers. During its preparation and until bottling no sulfur or sulphites are added which hardens the tannins and strengthens the wine.
