Chateau Heritage, Saint Elie Sauvignon Blanc
- Buy 2 for £15.50 each and save 9%
A brilliant, pale yellow in the glass, this Lebanese Sauvignon Blanc opens with an expressive bouquet of ripe yellow fruits and subtle dried fruit nuances, lifted by delicate spice. The palate is full and generous, with a refined richness and well-integrated oak that echoes the aromas and brings superb elegance to the finish.
Sourced from the very first vines planted beside the winery—vineyards watched over by the statue of Saint Elias, the estate’s patron saint—this wine reflects the heritage of its origin. Fermented with oak staves, it showcases both tradition and craftsmanship, resulting in a white wine the Chateau is immensely proud of.
