Gran Cordero "In Wolf's Clothing" Malbec
Gran Cordero no longer hides in wolf's clothing - it proudly reveals its true character. The message is simple: sometimes, bigger really is better.
This Malbec is hand-harvested and fermented in small concrete tanks to preserve purity and freshness. It is aged using a combination of 40% second-fill French oak barrels for 8 months and 60% concrete tanks, creating an excellent balance between fruit expression and subtle oak influence.
Deep ruby red in colour, it offers enticing aromas of ripe blackberries, black cherries, and plums. The palate is fresh, full-bodied, and well-structured, with smooth tannins and a long finish that showcases the classic character of Malbec.
Gentle filtration means this wine may contain a small amount of natural sediment, a sign of minimal intervention and careful winemaking.
Food pairing: Perfect with grilled steaks, roast lamb, barbecued meats, mature cheeses, and hearty pasta dishes.

Free Delivery on Orders Over £120
Orders over £120 qualify for free delivery to mainland UK addresses.
Next Working Day Delivery
Where possible, orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. All orders are shipped using a next working day delivery service; however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances outside of our control.
Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery (excluding Bank Holidays).
Age Verification Deliveries
In line with UK alcohol licensing regulations, all alcohol deliveries require an adult aged 18 or over to be present at the delivery address to accept the order. Our delivery partners may request photographic identification as proof of age.
If no one over 18 is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery for a more suitable time.
