UK DELIVERY CHARGES

STANDARD UK DELIVERY - £6.95

All orders with a total under £60 will be subject to our standard delivery charge of £6.95.

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £60

All orders with a total over £60 will get free delivery to mainland UK addresses.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

Where possible all orders placed before 2.00pm are despatched on the same day of ordering subject to stock availability. All orders are despatched using a next working day carrier service, however we can not guarantee next working day delivery as there may be circumstances beyond our control.

Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. (Excludes bank holidays).

If you are not in to sign for your delivery the carrier will post a card with contact details for you to arrange to collect your parcel from the carriers nearest depot or to organise a re-delivery that is convenient to you.

Deliveries of higher value items will require a signature and deliveries that are requested to be left without signature are made at the risk of the customer.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When you place an order with Le Bon Vin a confirmation email is sent out to you which includes the name of the carrier and a tracking code so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.

If you placed your order as a registered and logged in customer you can view your tracking code details via the my account section.

FREE DELIVERY

FREE DELIVERY is available on orders with a total value over £60 to addresses within the mainland UK.

Orders not qualifying for FREE DELIVERY will be charged the standard delivery of £6.95.

Deliveries are made using a next working day service for orders placed before 2.00pm Mon-Fri.

Northern Ireland
Republic of Ireland
Outside the UK

CARRIERS

Le Bon Vin use a number of different carriers to make sure that your order is delivered on time and without damage. These carriers include DPD LOCAL, APC and DHL who are all approved partners.

PACKAGING

All of our bottle packaging exceeds the toughest standards for the transportation of liquids.

GIFT CARDS

At the checkout stage you can choose to add a gift message to either the entire order or individual items within the order.
