Chateau Haut Terrier
Château Haut-Terrier is a family-owned Bordeaux estate located in the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. With roots dating back to 1850 and eight generations of winemaking heritage, the estate is now managed by Sandrine Denéchaud-Lafon and Jérôme Lafon. The vineyard spans approximately 90 hectares across the Blayais and Bourgeais regions, producing a range of red, white, and rosé wines that reflect the character of their clay-gravel soils.
Best known for combining traditional family expertise with modern winemaking techniques, Château Haut-Terrier produces fruit-driven, expressive wines with a strong sense of place. The estate is certified HVE and Terra Vitis, demonstrating its commitment to sustainable viticulture, biodiversity, and responsible vineyard management while maintaining a focus on quality and regional authenticity.
