Daniel Bouju

Daniel Boujuo Cognac

Cognac producers for 7 generations

Daniel Bouju is a family-owned Cognac producer located in Saint-Preuil, at the heart of Grande Champagne, Cognac’s premier cru region. With a heritage dating back to 1805, the estate manages its own 30-hectare vineyard and oversees every stage of production, from grape growing and distillation to ageing and bottling. This fully integrated approach ensures exceptional quality, authenticity, and consistency across its range of Grande Champagne Cognacs.

Best known for its artisanal methods and extensive ageing expertise, Daniel Bouju produces Cognacs exclusively from estate-grown Ugni Blanc grapes, distilled on the lees in traditional Charentais stills and matured in oak barrels within its own cellars. The family's commitment to traditional craftsmanship, long ageing periods, and hands-on production has established Daniel Bouju as a respected producer of premium Cognacs with distinctive character and depth.
