The Echlinville Distillery is a family-owned producer located on the Ards Peninsula in County Down, Northern Ireland. Established in 2012, it is recognised as Ireland's first farm distillery, overseeing every stage of production from growing and floor-malting its own barley through to distillation, maturation, and bottling.
