Free Delivery on Orders Over £120

Orders over £120 qualify for free delivery to mainland UK addresses.

Next Working Day Delivery

Where possible, orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. All orders are shipped using a next working day delivery service; however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances outside of our control.

Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery (excluding Bank Holidays).

Age Verification Deliveries

In line with UK alcohol licensing regulations, all alcohol deliveries require an adult aged 18 or over to be present at the delivery address to accept the order. Our delivery partners may request photographic identification as proof of age.

If no one over 18 is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery for a more suitable time.

We are unable to process orders to these areas directly through the website. However, we are happy to provide a delivery quotation — please contact us for further details.

Northern Ireland

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver alcohol to Northern Ireland postcodes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your courier details and tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

Registered customers can also view tracking information by logging into the “My Account” section of the website.
