"The Irresistible" was created as a limited edition (only 1,133 bottles) to celebrate 150 years of Maison Louis de Grenelle. A shimmering peach pink in colour with a floral and fruity nose. The lightness of the pink intertwines with citrus notes. The palate is creamy, harmonious and elegant.

In the Loire Valley, in the very heart of the Saumur vineyards, the Caves Louis de Grenelle produce their sparkling wines, made from local grapes, according to an ancestral process of wine-making. It is in old quarries, dug out of the tuffeau stone (limestone) that the Saumur wine matures and takes on its special character. The wines are slowly developed and aged in the deep cellars carefully following the traditional method of second in-bottle fermentation.
Rewarded with many medals, whose number increases every year, this family business that combines tradition and modernity, has gained a excellent reputation worldwide.
